What is the purpose of Game Scholar?

To provide reference information about video games. This site doesn't necessarily serve the gaming population with reviews, tips or tricks but provides a place to begin scholarly research on gaming and a place to browse games and game characters.

When will the Web site be fully implemented?

The site started as a school project and grew into something bigger. How much it will grow and for how long is anybody's guess. The hope is to compete with Moby Games and GameFAQs in the long term.

Why is the design so simple?

The site is meant to feel spare and unobtrusive. User-friendly design is definitely a priority.
